Let’s say your wakeup at 5:50 a.m. bright and early to start your day before work which starts at 8:00 a.m. Always try to get 7-8 hours of deep sleep each night to allow your body get the proper rest and recovery it needs to function at its best each day!
6:00 a.m. – 6:15 a.m. – Plan your day, schedule 3 important tasks to accomplish that day, organize any meetings or phone calls, be sure to express gratitude for at least 5 great things in your life right now. Organize what needs to be organized for the day ahead.
6:15 a.m. to 6:30 a.m. – Meditate for 10-15 minutes. Download the app Headspace or any other meditation app you prefer. If you want to keep it simple, you don’t need any guided meditations at all. Just focus on the breath and be present in your body. This will help with stress release as well as being able to control your emotions daily.
6:30 a.m. to 6:45 a.m. – Review your current goals and visualize already achieving them. Close your eyes and feel having accomplished these big tasks. The happiness, joy, and fulfillment that comes not only at the end but during the process. Feel it in your soul like it has happened and how proud you are. If you don’t have any goals written down, take some time out today to get at least 8 concrete goals written out. Ensure you are specific and have set a deadline for each one!
6:45 a.m. to 7:00 a.m. – Stretch out your body lightly with some yoga or you can foam roll to release tension. Getting your body primed up for the day and loosened up in the morning can get your senses going and give you a boost of energy. If you would rather work out right away for 15 or 30 minutes go for it. Exercising in the morning can lead to very productive days.
7:00 a.m. to 7:15 a.m. – Read 10 pages of a good book to get you closer to your goals and what you want to increase your knowledge on. Taking the time out right away to read even 10 pages will have a profound effect on your attitude and peace of mind. It can be nice and relaxing to sit quietly on your own.
Continue daily for best results! Consistency is your best friend, try doing this for 3 months straight. If you miss a day don’t worry, just get back right at it the next day.
