From the young age of 18, I prided myself on showing up and staying true to my word.
Whether it was showing up on time for work, meeting up with a friend, or getting in a workout with a friend.
Maybe this came from a belief or value from my parents, but it’s something that’s stuck with me to this very day. And it’s helped to shape and create my life.
Consistency is one of the most underrated tools for personal growth and success.
It’s not flashy, and it doesn’t promise overnight results, but it holds the power to transform your confidence, resilience, and overall quality of life.
The simple act of showing up, day after day, creates momentum that can carry you through challenges and toward your goals.
This has worked for me from paying off debt, competing in fitness shows in 2 countries, flying helicopters, and building a business.
And while it has developed me into who I am today, it’s taken some time. But it will work for you, with time…
Set the standard high for yourself and the rest will fall into place.
Consistency isn’t about perfection; it’s about persistence.
When you commit to showing up regularly—whether for a workout, a project, or a relationship—you build trust in yourself.
You prove that you can rely on your own efforts, and that trust becomes the foundation for confidence.
Think of it like building a brick wall.
Each day you show up, you lay another brick. Over time, those bricks add up to something solid and unshakable.
If you only show up sporadically, the wall never gets built.
But when you’re consistent, even small efforts compound into significant results.

Consistency doesn’t feel glamorous, but it works.
Some people might think parts of my life are boring. From waking up at the same time, going to the gym, and getting on with my day, it’s simple, but it works.
It’s the quiet force that builds confidence and resilience over time.
By showing up, even when it’s hard or inconvenient, you’re investing in your future self.
Start small, be patient, and trust the process.
One day, you’ll look back and realize how far you’ve come—all because you kept showing up.
